Your Dr. DWG product includes free technical support for the first 30 days after the date of your purchase. Customers who sign up for a maintenance agreement with Dr. DWG for the purchased product may continue to avail technical support after the first 30 days.
The Dr. DWG Software Maintenance Agreement includes the following services
- Free patches and service releases
- Updates of any major upgrades to the product in advance
- Access to the "Automated Technical Support" web pages at our web site to report any problem with the product. A Ticket Number will be assigned automatically which can be used at any time to check the status of the problem.
