This option invokes the user's default mail client to email .red file.

Make Redlining Available in AutoCAD Using Dr. DWG Redline Viewer
Dr. DWG Redline Viewer is an optional utility that comes along with the product. This gets installed only if AutoCAD is installed in the computer.
