Your Dr. DWG product includes free technical support for the
first 30 days after the date of your purchase. Customers who sign up for a
maintenance agreement with Dr. DWG for the purchased product may continue to
avail technical support after the first 30 days.
The Dr. DWG Software Maintenance Agreement includes the
following services

Free patches and service releases

Updates of any major upgrades to the product in advance

Access to the "Automated Technical Support" web pages at our web site to report
any problem with the product. A Ticket Number will be assigned automatically
which can be used at any time to check the status of the problem.
